I have read this book many times and it is very much liked by me.But I want to know that whether the facts described in this book is true or not.Even though the author claims that facts presented here in this story are true I can't believe it as it was described. Can anyone tell me about this more?

Well the antimatter thing was 100% true
and yeah catholic had done injustice with scientist and the world.
and every one knows that galileo was killed for his interpretations.
The story reflected the main topic that there are two forces present every, like light and dark, good and bad etc.
and that's true.

It is only now that I learned Galileo was killed for his interpretations. During the old days, the Catholic Church was very active in destroying people that they consider heretics. What about now?

What the author claimed true is true. But the story is not and also some of the logical reasoning. Mixxing real with unreal make Dan Brown's books great.

Well its a fiction mixed fact is what i feel Da vinci code is.. Though many contradictions and not believable, but if its seen as fiction mixed, it can be enjoyed just as a reading!

The setting in Angels and Demons is a fact. I have researched it and I was surprised that CERN does exist and it is what as Dan Brown described. The characters and other elements in the books are of course fiction. Dan Brown's trademark is putting a very interesting and controversial plot to an already existing fact which I think made him very famous and a celebrated writer.Hope you enjoy reading!

After reading the book and seeing the movie; I believe that many aspects are in fact true. But after doing some research, I have found that this is in fact fiction. Makes you think though!
