With the given statement above, do you agree with the proposition or idea? Or does it contradict your views of forgiveness? Were there instances in your life when you have forgiven someone which you could picture out like you were a flower's fragrance when the flower is crushed?

i guess its too deep, i dont get what you men about he flower when crushed. you mean if the guy totally hurt me? in that case then why not, of course i can forgive someone but it doesnt mean that i will accept him again and i will forget about what happened. maybe there will be a gap already and limitation for us.

Yes. I guess its too deep to comprehend but using the subjectivity and the license of readers for responses, I must say that this points out how we, when we forgive, sacrifice our pride. Thus, sacrifice would mean the crushing of the flower. When we are crushed, like when we sacrifice, it is when true forgiveness comes. Instead of erasing someone from our system, we intend to accept them again without knowing that with this sacrifice of accepting the person who once broke your heart would ruin you again. So, you are a crushed flower but even though crushed you still forgive sincerely.

Oh...is that really mean. If so, it is good idea..deep feeling inside. Forgiveness is the fragrance the violets leave on the feet which crush it. Beautiful shot, great quote, sad for the crushed violet though!
Well, I don't have any incidents that prove this quote but it could be in future. A good memory is fine--but the ability to forget is the true test of greatness. I think Forgiveness is the noblest revenge. If they are truly repentant, you must forgive those who have wronged you, & truly seek forgiveness of those whom you have wronged & take them by the hand back into your circle of love & fellowship & happy, joyful labours & pleasures together.

Very well said! I couldn't agree more. Indeed, there has to be some beautiful things in life that we intend to ignore and pass by because of our hectic schedule. Just like flowers, only then we appreciate its fragrance when crushed.
