I am planning to work with Odesk. If anyone working here Odesk can you please share what jobs are you working on ? How is the selection procedure ? How is the payment ? if you are working for any other freelancing site then please share your experiences.

I also made a profile for Odesk.. I haven't PASSED the test yet for credentials.I'm to lazy to do it.. I'm planning to join though so that I could earn a bit more and we would know that it's really legit.

1 month back i registered in oDesk. after that i applied for some data entry jobs. but all the jobs have been rejected and i got a reply stating that they need some experience. but for a newbie just joined there how can we get experience with out any one giving jobs. ?? if you find any jobs then plz inform so that i can also work there
