Yes, He indeed was. His affection, His love, His caring nature, His sympathy for the poor and needy, His ability to forgive those who crucified him were the qualities that were natural. There was no pretense. He did not have to make a conscious effort to be kind, caring and loving. He was a human par excellence. He was divine. He was the Son of God.
