Wow, I forget that people overseas have fees that we don't deal with. Well, there are two ways you can do this. If you have a Paypal Debit Card, you can just approve it to your Alertpay account and use the AP account directly, pulling from the PP card. If you don't happen to have this, the only alternative I know is to join a forum that has a thread for this, or specializes in money transfer altogether. The only place I know of for sure like this is the Money Makers Group forum at this link here http://www.moneymakergroup.com/forums.html They have a thread where you can exchange e-wallet for e-wallet, but you do have to participate in the forum for a while (I forget how many posts that is) before you can post in that thread.
