Anyone can help me about Webmoney?

I would reccomend paypal over webmoney because 1) You can't get it to work 2)The same as Webmoney except transactions are not final 3)It was made mostly for Russians(may mean something to you) 4)Webmoney also has trojans out that look like the program and will let u input your account data and access it just to later steal it. Hope thats better then explaining webmoney lol
