Wearing tie in office and in school should make compulsory?

Friend u didn't feel that in every school and in office the student or employee go to the office wearing tie along with the uniform its increase the personality of one...When i was study in school there is compulsion of putting tie and i like it also.. ..but i seldom saw other school student to do so...and office also...What about u...u put the tie on your neck while going to office or school...Please share with me ?

At work, I don't think wearing ties should be made compulsory, unless under special circumstances like meeting a client or giving a presentation to the board of directors. For your info, high post staff in many companies in my country do not wear ties, but they do dress formal though. For school students, wearing ties should be encouraged because that will instill pride in every student about their schools.

It increase the personality of person who is wearing it. There is no need to wear tie for me because i am a girl and we dont need tie around our neck.

Only if either the school or the office provide air conditioning system!!Otherwise it'll be real hard to survive in hot summer days in places like countries of equatorian region.

I think uniforms should be made according to the conditions like in the month of may, june when it is so hot and if ac is not working then there is no point in wearing tie. people should be appreciated for their work not their looks. Nothing should be compromised with comfortable environment of work. That's what I feel because I want to enjoy my work.
