When you become adult you should certainly continue to drink milk, it is one of the main sources from where the body gets calcium to the bones from. Several people who suffers from osteporosis are suffering because they havent been drinking milk since childhood.

hmmm.. i don't think it's bad when adult drink milk. i mean there are milks designed for elders to avoid osteophorosis. i guess drinking milk does not have any age limit except of course if you drink milk from your mom. haha! kdding. so i believe there's no harm in it. i, myself, is fond of drinking milk

i don't see anything wrong with drinking milk when you've become an adult. i for one continue to do so. in fact milk is one of the foods that nutritionist agree to help in losing weight and speeding up the metabolism of adults. being lactose intolerant maybe a concern but there are lactose free milk that is available in groceries and supermarkets.
don't mind your friend... probably didn't get a chance to enjoy and drink milk when he was younger hence the attitude towards milk.
got milk?
cheers!!!

I still drink milk. I like drinking milk because it makes me healthier. It is one of the best ways to get calcium and other important minerals. Drinking milk is a must for women because after menopause, calcium levels go down causing osteoporosis. The best time to drink lots of milk and build bone mass is during a woman's 20's. I'm pretty sure those people laughing at you, especially the women, won't be laughing when they get osteoporosis in their late adulthood.

It is ok to drink milk though we are adult already, but the drinking should be minimize because Milk is a great source of calcium. As we age, our body cannot dispose the calcium into our bones, so as a result it will became a stone in our kidneys. It is still advisable to drink more water than any other.

Well basically milk has a nutrients that can helps our body immune system, for strong bones, active mind and body. So there's no need to worry about if old one are drinking milk. I guess some people who interrupt an adult or an old persons who like to drink milk are just jealous we all need it so there's nothing wrong with that.

I love milk and I don't see anything wrong with drinking milk as an adult. Milk is very good for your system and it has a lot of calcium in it. It's good thing that we live in a free world, everyone should drink what they want when they want! I will never give up drinking milk especially at night before I retire to bed! Andrew

Are you serious? Wow. It is very important for adults to have milk for their bone health especially because by a certain age they can become brittle and break easy. Those people need to do some research. I drink soy milk thats fortified with calcium in it and I'll still keep drinking it no matter what anyone says. They can kiss my hind end.

I agreed with majority members that, it's not wrong to drink milk, although we are adult now. I still drink milk, although i am not a kid now. I think an adult that drink milk is much more healthy than those who don't drink milk. Because those who don't drink milk will suffer health and bone problem in their later age. It's a healthy lifestyle to include drinking milk as one of your daily routine.

Of course I drink milk. Anybody who laughs at you for drinking milk as an adult seriously needs to sort themselves out to be honest
I know milk is more beneficial for kids who are still growing, but what's so weird about drinking it as an adult? In fact, that's perfectly normal if you ask me.
Damn, now I feel like a cold glass of milk now

Milk is not made for babies or kids only. There are many milks now for ages 19-50 and 50 above. I don't hear any comments even from the doctor to prohibits milk for adults therefore milk is good to our health. Reason behind is adult don't like milk anymore as what I taste it, but I still drink milk in the afternoon or evening coffee in the morning.

Health is wealth. There is nothing wrong when drinking milk as an adult. We need calcium everyday to keep our bones stronger and one good source is milk. Are we going to wait for old age for us to start drinking milk? It would be too late if we do so.

Drinking milk is not just for kids but also for adults who are health-conscious. And those people who laugh about adults drinking milk are maybe just not health-conscious. By the way, as an adult I don't drink milk anymore, not because of people that might laugh at me, but because whenever I drink milk, I get pimples and I gain weight. So milk is maybe not good for me.

Hey friend,
Thanks a lot for starting this discussion. No way, it's not bad to drink milk even after being adult. It's a very good habit instead. I think those who scorns you for drinking milk are really stupid. Because there's no restriction of age limit for drinking fresh mill. My religion Islam has imposed a great importance on the habit of drinking milk regularly. Milk is a miracle food produced in the bodies of mammal through a miraculous process of nature by Allah the omnipotent. There are a number of benefits of drinking milk. That's why our holy Prophet and Messenger Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa Sallallahu Alaihis Salam was fond of and advised to drink milk. He often used to entertain his guest(s) with fresh milk. I also love drinking cow milk as much as possible. It has a unique taste and flavour that can be compared to any other drink. I wish and pray to Allah so that everyone can have the opportunity to drink enough fresh milk and enjoy the benefits of good health.
Have a healthful day.

Milk is rich in calcium, and as we grow older, we need it for maintenance of our bones. I got lesson from my uncle, he always drink milk, that now he is almost 80 years, he is strong compared to some of his age. It's a proof that milk is needed in our body. We take care of our body as it is the temple of God.

Yes, I drink milk even today. There is nothing wrong in drinking milk. In fact ladies should always drink milk,as the chances of osteoporosis is reduces if a girl/lady drinks milk regularly. Keep on drinking milk, let your friends laugh! :))

Milk is a healthy drink -either for children or elders.
I feel no one should have any restriction for drinking milk. It is a natural product and should not have any complications at all.
Drinking a glass of milk in the morning and Luke warm milk just before sleep keeps your health in a balance -this is what I am habituated with Now 50+ and growing stronger.
