Breakfast - I cook it 6 out 7 days. My husband cooks breakfast on Saturdays because he is an early bird and I like to sleep in, so he cooks breakfast for him and the kids and also for me, most days, unless he does something I don't like. My time to have a break from the kitchen in the mornings.
Lunch- Nowdays because of a low budget I cook lunch about 5 or 6 days.
Dinner - I cook it about 6 days. There are weeks I cook all 7 days. Budget is the main factor.

I don’t like cooking but I have to do it for health and financial reasons. I usually cook once a day being dinner. Lunch usually consists of sandwiches and we don’t have a cooked breakfast. I confess that a couple of times a week dinner is just made up of something frozen that I have thrown in the oven or a quick bowl of pasts with butter and parmesan cheese. I endeavour to cook a ‘proper’ meal at least twice a week; the rest of the time are quick but healthy dishes.

I have to do the same for health and financial as well. I have to watch what I eat because of my high blood pressure, It is hard to pass up a bag of chips sometimes

we prefer to cook our foods, from breakfast to dinner, daily. i think it is cheaper to cook our own foods than we eat out or buy foods from restaurants. but sometimes, if we have nothing to cook from the fridge, i buy ready to eat.

I am working and staying alone in my own place so i have to cook everyday. I usually cook dinner and during weekends in cook lunch too. I try to prepare different meal everyday so that i will not get bored with the same meal everyday but i try to make it as simple as possible. i prefer to cook myself because i know what i'm cooking than buying.

As a mother, yes, I cook from breakfast to dinner 7 times a week. There are times I also get to cook something for my children's afternoon snack on weekends. I should say, that, to be sure that my family gets enough nourishment I have to prepare and cook for them. I only get a rest from cooking if we spend weekends outside. My family bring packed lunch in office and school so early mornings are really tiring for me, aside from the breakfast that I cook, I still have to cook a different viand for the packed lunch.

Hi, I cook every single day and I really enjoy doing so. Brreakfast is usually just cereal, fruit and toast so there's not actually much cooking at all in the mornings. Lunch usually consists of homemade soups, salads; something light, but the evening me is all home cooked from start to end.
It's not often that I take a break from the routine. The only other adult in the house is my husband and he has never cooked. Then again he is the one who goes out to work all day so the least I can do is prepare a good, hgot home cooked meal for him to enjoy.
