Hi Friends
Some of you already know that....
Spring time, the time of new life
The time of new beginnings..
is a time of grief for me
I lost 6 sisters and my mom in the spring months.
The smell of lilacs( Momma's fav ) leaves a catch in my throat.
The sight of pussywillows brings a tear rolling down a cheek.
I used to try my hardest to not think or react or cry
about the losses but no more.
My grief is as much a gift as the love and memories connected to my
loved ones. I now embrace my sadness and I find after a good cry
I spend the day with thoughts of happy laughter we all shared..
Playing at the beach, races through the mountains to
get to the top of the logging track.
Sliding down the big hill behind the old house.
God has been very good to me.
Yes He has taken alot from me....
but I had the blessing to be taken...
I had them...I loved them...they moved upstairs
Where hopefully someday I can visit.
Thank you God.

You have a healthy attitude towards these things.
Take care.
