I ususally eat lunch or dinner type food for breakfast. Just this morning I had pizza. Then I usually eat breakfast type foods for dinner. Last night I had pancakes and sausage. I do not really know why for some reason the dinner type foods keeps me feeling full longer which prevents me from raiding the vending machines at work.

My breakfast consist mostly of a small cup of coffee with milk and 4 toasted bread with spread (Nutella, pnut butter or goat cheese). But when someone will ready for me some rice and deliciuos cookings along, i would take that first! Bread & coffee is the swiftest b'fast there is so is preferred for a rush till noontime.

I would say you can eat almost any type of food at any time of day but there are some exceptions. I can not have anything too sweet early in the morning or it makes me feel sick.
