I check regularly the "Event Viewer" of my PC. I saw one event that's new to me and I'm wondering what's the meaning of this: Warning. Tcpip. TCP/IP has reached the security limit imposed on the number of concurrent TCP connect attempts. Anyone here who can explain what's the meaning of this?

Watch the amount of downloads that you're doing as well that should help. If you use a tortant once the download is complete remove the tortent from the list. It will help as well.
And, like the person stated above the full scan should help.
Also reset your inneret connection. This stops all traffic and restarts the system. If you can disconnect from the internet while the scanner is running that's even better. It will stop any viriouses from being able to mooch off your connection and hide as easily.

You are probably using some program that is attempting to do too many tcp connections (usually p2p programs such as emule or torrents, or sometimes viruses). It is not a problem usually, if you use p2p programs you can decrease the amount of simultaneous connection in the options of those programs.
If you don't use them make a virus scan of your computer that never hurts.
Hope this helped and good mylotting.

Oh, thank you for that! I haven't launched a full virus scan in the past few days.. I will try one today, and see if there's really a virus there... Thank you for your help. :)
