what do u think abt bringing women's reservation in developing countries, will the men of these countries give respect to women after the implementation of the bill, shouldnt women given reservation to compensate with the atrocities they have faced in the ancient times or will the reservation destroy the talents and skills of women

Um I explained on a similar thread/discussion on MyLot that where I come from(America), that feminist attitudes are irrelevant in these times as women and men are equal and women should not keep saying they themselves are less equal and need empowerment because that in itself is unempowering and hypocritical, as both genders are the same. It would be nice if people can get past things like this so the world can finally do a successful star-trek like space program :D or at least advance ourselves further.

I am not at all sure whether this is going to help in the way it is meant to be...In my country, women act as the front in politics and other authoritative positions where their men are calling the shots and the women are just figure heads.I am totally against any kind of reservation...what we need is a change in attitude ..It has to come from both sides men and women..
