Your hand trolley appears to be what we call a dollie. It is used to move heavy objects such as a large appliance or large, heavy box. My husband uses it to move sacks of fertilizer and compost that I buy for the garden. I don't know where a person could buy one now. We got our dollie through a man who owned a furniture store. Yo u might try a building supply house.

I think we call them hand trolley's, too. I think I've also heard them called "Dollys" now and then. I don't use them at home, but I have used them at certain jobs at warehouses now and then. We use them mostly to move boxes and crates. I don't know where you can buy them except at a store like Home Depot.

In the U.S. we either call them Dolly's or hand trucks. I do not have one, but I used to have one and some people have them in their homes here. People who move residence a lot to help others move large appliances like stoves or refrigerators use them, makes transporting large items much easier and quicker. Here you can buy them at most builder stores like Home Depot or Lowes, 2 very large all purpose construction and even home building stores which are located in almost all medium size to large cities in the U.S. There are over 2,200 Home Depots in the U.S. and over 1,600 Lowes .You can also get them at most any small hardware store here. Almost every business and most fast food and restaurants have them here, any place that receives a a shipment of product on a regular basis.

Shopping Trolley - Very trendy and versatile making it a popular choice for shopping fanatics.
sophialin, I don't see this trolley being used in my country and I do not think they can manage heavy weight items. The foldable shopping trolley or the shopping bag trolley are much more popular and commonly used, here. Especially the latter, as it offers concealment and protection for our shopped merchandises. Not forgetting that they are trendy, colorful and presentable. They are relatively cheap and are available at any luggage stores or departmental stores or supermarkets as well.
