is your salary enough for your needs?

My salary is enough to pay the bills and pay the internet connection.. I think that I should earn more.. That is why am right here in mylot now.. Don't worry about your problem there's a lot of us who are going through this. I hope a pat in the back form me could make you feel better.

I have to find another job, my husband is the only one working. I am mylotting but I get lazy about it or distracted, and either way it's not enough. I need to apply to more places, and start hounding people about work. Maybe I can find a good paying job soon, but I'm thinking of starting as a waitress. I'd get paid low, but if I work good enough I can get some good tips!

Overall, across my entire family, we earn about 2000 a month, and we have 4 adults living in the same house. I am the youngest, (19) and I pay for a majority of the bills and make the majority of the money. And we continue to slowly go into debt. If we were making an additional 500 - 1000 we could make it, but it just isn't happening. Life is tough in this economy....

while im still working i would say that m salary is already enough for me since im still single but was also thinking that what happened if i got married and have kids then for sure my salary will not be enough unless i shared it with my husband. i've been trying to have my own business even if i just start small one for at least it can add additional income. life is so hard right now that even here in internet we still try to look for possible income though so sad coz sam just scam us without thinking that if they need money and so we are.

My husband's income is more than enough for us right now. What I earn is just an extra. There are times that I earn a lot, other times none at all. That is the downside of online jobs and being a freelancer, you do not have a steady income. Anyway, right now, it really doesn't matter because my husband can provide for the family...

We really try our best to live with in our means. However there are months that we go over what we need to spend. Some financial experts say that you should save some first before spending and paying your debts, if you're not going to do that then you won't be able to save. We try to do that way but not religiously.

To me, yes because I also get Social Security due to the fact that I am disabled and my parents help me out a little. If I wasn't getting those two resources, I would be able to survive on what I make. However, since they are, I can. I made about $170.00 this weekend but needed to give it all to the wheelchair repair man and various taxis to get me to the wheelchair repair man. A blown charger on the wheelchair blew all my profits in one second. Thankfully, my mother could contribute to my funds so I could go to another event that was scheduled for this weekend.

Being frank it isnt because needs are always endless.I try to limit my needs but it isnt possible everytime.Thats the reason i am here to earn few extra buxs. It does help.I get money to spend on my cosmetics and all other things which i have been cutting otherwise due to recession.

If you expect your salary according to your need,then you will never get satisfaction.If you restrict your plan according to your salary then your the richest person in the world.And in the other end ,If your satisfied with your salary you will never try to improve your skills .So if your really satisfied with your salary then you are richest person. But in my case I am not satisfied with my salary ,I have lot of things to be covered everymonth.So I am trying to get more salary,hope I will get soon.

my partners self employed so his monthly income varies,most of the time we have enough to survive on,but if he has a bad month then we really struggle,,,don't feel bad,everyone goes through this at one time or another,you will get through it

No, mine is not enough. I had to take on a second weekend job to help pay the bills and also try to make money online. I have also sold some things on Craigslist and ebay to raise money so I know how you feel. It is awful.

Hi there friend.. I can say that my salary in my curent job is enough for me. It is enough for me to survive having that ammount of money. However, I still want an to have an extra job to ean another extra icome for extra expenses. LOL...

Actually yes, but there is always this something that we want more. That makes the budget out of balance. And when it does, i have to stay foot and stay out from purchasing things until i get the worksheet leveled again.

It depends on the month. Some months I'm in the positive, other months - like the last 2 - I've been behind on certain bills. The only one I HAVE to have on time is my rent, so I've put everything else to the side until then... I should be back in the green this month/next month though. :)

Actually No ... the money which I am earning after a month is not enough for me to get out of my all expenses. I do try my best to get out of this trouble ... But the time and my luck is not performing for m .. But I will not give up and try my best to earn more to buy my dram house and Car ....

actually since im jobless right now im trying to earn extra income online but i know its not enough. i also want to sold out some of my stuff for my monthly expenses though im just trying to use my last rent here in my house then comes april i will transfer to my sister house til i give birth, as i can stay there for free without thinking too much about expenses or paying my bills. im just glad that my family is always there to help me even though i made a lot of mistakes in my life.

Hello I know that is hard, just try to make sure you get it out when your able, think about it this way, what if you did not have it to pawn, then things would have been harder, I have done this before I think it helps alot when we are in need, don't feel bad sweety, things will get better Thanks for sharing

yes my salary is enough for my needs. i always make sure to save and to only spend on things that i need. that way i am able to keep to my budget.

Sometimes I fall short so I get to use what little savings I have. I don't like this either because I am trying to save but when the salary is not enough, then instead of growing the savings nothing happens. I think a lot of people are in this situation.
