Yes neobux pays non verified paypal users also..........i am sure about this.............only thing is that they do no accept payment from non verified paypal users.........good luck..........Hope this was helpful..........

That is also my experience. My paypal is not verified and I was able to receive money anyway, but when I wanted to use my paypal to pay for referrals the payment was not accepted. If you only want to receive payment from Neobux and don't intend to invest in the site your unverified paypal won't become a problem I think.

Yes you can still receive money from neobux independently whether your paypal account is verified or not.

Neobux will pay for your Paypal account directly and it doesn't matter whether your Paypal account is verified or not. Since my dad is also a member of Neobux and his Paypal account is not verified yet. But he can still receive payment from Neobux without any problems.

No neobux pays to unverified paypal members also. I am not verified paypal member but i received money from neobux 2 times.

According to the rules of paypal you can recieve money from anyone regardless of the status of your paypal account. neobux or any other website that sends you money doesn't know the status of your account. They can't see that. All they do is send money to you through their own accounts. They aren't looking into yours.
Its recommended to verify your account because there are some things you can do with paypal only if your account is varified. But, that's strictly a paypal thing and has nothing to do with who sends you money. Hell if I knew your paypal e-mail adress I could send you money (if I had money to send) and I wouldn't know any more then neobux or any other website that uses paypal does.

The neobux site has a forum specificaly for you to be able to post questions and doubts about the site and its system. They also have "Terms of Service" which answer a lot of question so you should give that a read.
But to answer your question, neobux pays to unverified accounts as well as verified.
