HELP!!!!What happen to my gptcashcow account?!

i try to login as usual for many days already, initially, my password did not work. then i press the forgot password and receive an email. In the email, my password was correct, so i try to login again using the same password, then it shows the below sentence to me again and again everytime i login. "your account is currently marked as "please send copy of your state issued id to gptcashcow@gmail.com."" I send 2 email to admin using the given email address, but no respond. Then i saw Cashcow webpage is still working normally, so i am sure some problem occur for my account. but, I never do any changes to my account... I cashout $5.00 on 14 Jan 2010, and i should recieve the payment on 28 Feb 2010, but till now i haven't recieve the payment. While i cashout $12.00 during 28Feb 2010, then i cannot login my account after my second cashout... May i know what happen to my account? is my account being hacked by others or what? will my cash lost due to this situation? god, i put a lot of effort the achieve the cash out, the cash will be use to pay for my education register fee.... can somebody help me here, i already don't know what to do with my account. I don't wan to register a new account, since this is cheat or scam action in my mind... thanks for your time to view my question and i hope someone in mylot will help me to solve this problem... T.T
