I have my BPI Paypal Account not Union Bank. Is it possible?

Can anybody help me if it is possible to own Bank of Philippine Islands Account than Union Bank.

Is that a bank account you added or a card? If it is a card, so long as it has a visa or master card logo then you will be able to use it, you can also check the back portion of the card for the credit card verification number(last three digits, if not mistaken).

Do we use Union Bank for payments transactions? My card is like ATM. But has no logo of visa or master card. It is like ATM savings.
