What do i get as a gift for a HS grad and a b-day gift?

My sister is graduating from High School late May, her b-day and graduation fall on the same day! So here's the thing...
I have planned to take her get senior photos done at a studio. I never had that and I regret it, but that is just something a little extra. I know she wants a Nintendo DSI... so yes i'll get her that but I want something in particular for her graduation to be real special..
Any ideas?

Why not purchase a gift card from a jewelry store and the 2 of you can go there together and she can pick out a necklace or a bracelet to commemorate the occassion.
Most women just love jewelry, I know I do and I would always remember something special like that, done on a really special day with my sister. And maybe as a little special something else, you could include a traditional jewelry box. Something with an ageless style that she could have forever...8o)

that would be a great idea if it weren't for the fact that the girl doesn't wear jewelery lol.. she jus piles it in the jewelery box i got for her:P
