I am a student in the middle east university so, I have no difficulties to find the arabic language books. But my problem is to find the English language books. I once plan with my friends to go to europe country just to buy books but still it will cost a lot of money. So do you think it is safe to just buy books through the internet? Or maybe there are another way which is more secure to get those books?

The sellers on this website are all members of the Antiquarian Booksellers Association or equivalent bodies in the US, Australia, New Zealand and elsewhere. This is a large and well-respected site and you can buy with confidence: http://www.abebooks.co.uk/
Note that, though it is a British site, there are sellers from all over the world there and 'Antiquarian' doesn't mean that all the books are old!
The other place where you can buy with confidence is Amazon. You can either use http://www.amazon.co.uk or http://www.amazon.com . Not all the books on Amazon are new books. Many Amazon sellers have second-hand and out of print copies for sale.
