How to deal with jealous friends?

You struggled hard to achieve something from nothing, they were around to support you when you were down, they were always there for you. But now, when you have reached the stars and got the success in your hands, they keep their distance from you, they turn their back on you. Sometimes it's hard to understand, because you always did the right things to them. You keep wondering if there's any mistakes you've done to them, but you find none. What will you do about it? What is the best thing to do? ...

Hi Bram, Sometimes when you achieve more then your friends status, it is very possible that they get jealous of you, maybe now because financially you are better off then them, and your previous status and the present status is to way ahead for them to reach, so it really depends on the situation, I think you should talk to them and try and sort out misunderstanding, if they feel that you are not treating them right or whatever, while talking and discussing only will you get a proper answer. I get a little bit relieved now ... I tried to talk to one of my friends on the phone, I asked him if he wanted to go fishing with me next Saturday, and he said 'Sure' (he didn't reject my invitation because his hobby is fishing, ... ahaha). I also told him to bring the other three (our friends) ... I will talk to them that day (maybe it's going to be hard at first), and I got the feeling I'll be hanging around with them again like the old times ... I love them, can't go on without them ... Sometimes its not jealous but maybe not anymore comfortable or awkward to talk to you, usually in this case you should be the one who should reach out to them to show your sincerity...

I think we have to build our closeness to our friends like a family that never breaks. Try to understand them more & appreciate their present because you never reach the stars without their help.Talk to them in a diplomatic way & try to reach out or open their problem to you.
