Court tells Shiv Sena to pay up!!

The Shiv Sena will have to pay RS.5.8lakh for vandalising the premises of hotal intercontinental in January 2009.the Bombay high Court has asked Sena member Sitaram Dalvi to ask the party to pay up for damaging the hotal.Dalvi is facing proceedings for recovery of Rs.7.8lakh for danging hotal property during protests over the sacking of some empoyees.
Dalvi had already deposited Rs 2lakh before moving court.Dalvi had,on Wdnesday,said that Raut and Sena chief,Bal Thackeray,should also be held responsible for the act.
so whats tell you about it?is it right?

Yes, they should be punshied.. their protest way is nt good at hall. they should pay for it.

these kind of political parties will be banned by the Govt. Sev Sana want to divide the country and country people.
