I have a problem with my paypal verification, please help my lotters

I have already a union bank eon debit card, i deposit 200 pesos and verified my account, Paypal ask me for the 4 digit paypal code from my atm transaction. The problem is i dont know where i can find those 4 digit numbers. I was able to inquire my debit card to the atm machine but i don't know where to find those 4 digit numbers that paypal ask me. Please help ....
