We all want to have a health body,and we all know that a health body depends on whether you have a health lifestyle,do you have a health lifestyle? what habits do you have? hope that you can share with me.

I dont think I have a very healthy lifestyle. When it comes to food, I always eat fruits but I seldom eat vegetables. When it comes to rest, I only sleep for 6-7 hours in a day. I also have to stay in my work place for 12 hours in a day and I dont get to exercise because I always sit on my chair like most of the time. I dont like this kind of lifestyle actually. I also need to get a better job perhaps because I spend most of my time in my job now and that really difficult for me because I dont get to stay at home for a long time. I think that's one of the reasons why I dont have a healthy lifestyle.

I keep my weight down to a good level by eating about half of what I would like to eat! :o) I drink pure water, lots of granola bars and rice cakes with peanut butter, if I have a soda, it's diet only. We have salads, good ones, eat a lot of chicken instead of pork or beef, grind wheat and make homemade breads, use herbs and vitamins. We listen to relaxing music and have candles, and running water in the house to help keep us calm.

I can say that I definitely do not have a healthy lifestyle when it comes to food. I really don't eat vegetables. I don't like them at all. Maybe, I am just so used to not eating it that I don't want to eat it even though many people forces me to. I also love junk foods. But I don't drink or smoke. It's like in a way my good lifestyle.

Living in this jet age,one try so much to maintain ones health,keep on drinking good quantity liters of water,doing exercise,oh strunenous efforts to come up to health barometers,having good and nutretious diet,one is able to, but stress and strain is so much,well I wake up at 6,have 3or4 glass of water,Do brisk walk,then do,some yoga,then after 1 hour take bath and then have my breakfast,2 potatoes chapatis,2 bioled eggs,porridge of carrots,milk or tea,then off to work,have lunch at3.pm,green vegetables with 4 chappati,curd,then after 1 hour take 3glass of water,tea at 6 then come at 8 do some exercise,then at 9 take my dinner,light,then at 11.30 sleep,I avoid having junk food,fried things,say oncein a month,non veg I have roasted one once in say 10 days,and before sleeping I Have 2or 3 glasses of warm water.So,rest lotters,share you routine with me!

well along with exercises,good diet,walking,Aloevera juice,wheat grass powder,andAmla juice is completely aprhodiasaci for body and detoxifaction of the body oxides.i suggest to have with all rest.What do you say?

Yes, I have veggies and not much fast food. About fast food every 3-4 months :)
