everyone of us think that once we become a celebrity it will be fun and jolly and everyone will be seeing us . do you think that being a celebrity has some disadvantages too ? i really think yes . the main thing is they cant move out freely in the public places and enjoy many things their . the second one is they will be always noticed and hence they should be very careful in doing a thing or speaking about a thing .

yes your right the advantage of being a celebrity is that they cant move freely as theres always reporter waiting to take your pictures in your every move and looking for any mistakes. i know they dont have their own freedom to move and go to anywhere they want even just to the mall or shopping. they must always look good all the time and be nice even if you already hate them. its look like fake to me really.

hi! I think the downside of that being a celebrity is that you have no own space, i mean you are so famous that everywhere you go and everybody who see you, knows how you are and then begin the troubles with the hundreds of people coming for an autograph, people who want to take a photo with you, and you just can't reject them, because they are your fans, the people who actually pay you by buying your albums, movies, perfumes, clothes etc. you just can't get enough

celebrities have everyone nosing into their business.
You know how if you lose 8lbs of weight you are maybe really pleased with yourself? well the media would most likely turn that into a big issue for a celebrity.
If they are slim the media will say they have an eating disorder and if they are portly ,the media will say they are unhappy with their appearance and have gone on a fad diet.
Also it must be very hard to just live life.
You cant just walk to the shops, your kids are hassled because their parents are famous.
Going on holiday must be awful too. You are on the beach and there is the photographer trying to get pictures of you in your swim wear.
I would absolutely hate it.

I would agree with most, Privacy. The commoner's just don't leave them alone.Paparazzi's are hungry for the news bits.Media is are after it to create a bang. But I guess That's also their biggest advantage.

The downside of being a celebrity is that your privacy being an individual is no longer appreciated and that it is already an issue on your side.

I think the main downside is the lack of privacy, and the constant media attention. It must suck to be followed around 24/7 by these vultures constantly taking pictures of you
Also, celebrities always seem to get judged more than normal people, so you need to be careful what you say and do at all times.

Hi dilipmiester! It's so sure that being a celebrity has its own disadvantages. One word concerned is privacy! When I head to a webpage,no matter how formal it is, big words related to celebrity's life can always catch my eyes for sure. It's hard to say so, you can not deny being a celebrity owns benefits also.Every coin has two sides. So it's up to you! The problem is, we need to figure out if being a celebrity has more downsides than advantages,or,just the other way around. Have a nice day buddy!

The downside of celebrity?? well I cant think of any.. its a world of fame.. what more can you possibly asked.. but of course the answer depends on the individual.... if that person is outgoing.. then it will be okay.. if that person is quiet person then i dont think he or she will want a celebrity life
