paypal ask me to enter 4digits code from my debit card account. idont know where i gonna get it,pls help

hi! hope this is not a joke only to start a discussion 
well, after you have enter your debit/credit card, they will ask you for the 4 digit verification code, that you will receive in your bank account, so after 3 days go to the bank and tell them that you need the 4 digit code from Paypal, they know what to do!
