there are a number of sites that seek the services of freelance writers, ghost writer, blog writers, article writers, etc. I only know a few and I'm currently having problems with the compensation. The rate is somehow normal. But is there a better deal out there? Where do you get other writing jobs to earn extra? How do you like it so far? What's the rate? Is it reasonablre for you? Do they accept part time writers? Please help. Thanks!

I have mine although with low rates about $2 for a 500 words of work. I only do it when I have time. It a question and answer type of article. The earnings for me is ok since I'm actually not good with the right grammar hehe. And I think its a great opportunity too because I could earn whenever I have free time since I'm working a regular day job. I do it usually after work when I got home.

hi! sorry for the late reply I was so busy so I was unable to check replies to my comments. well, it is not a site because its a person I am working with. I've met her 2-3 years ago and she hired me to help her. She even managed to hire more writers but because we are too busy with our personal lives we sometimes cant meet the deadlines. She was working alone before she hired me/us and then she worked alone again and disbanded the group. Until last December last year, she told me she needed help and the work is actually easy. Unfortunately my work now is so demanding that I am still working at 10 pm and also on Saturdays. Its not a site so I can't really recommend you, I think my work with her only lasts until she's done with it and she doesn't need help anymore. Another thing is its from the Philippines.

you could check out suite101.com. i know they need writers and freelancewriting.com. i dont know about the pay scale because i havent written for them for a long time. when i was writing, you could get $10.00 for 500 words, now you only get a dollar or two!

Textbroker pays every two weeks, Associated content pays with each article that is approved plus a monthly bonus, you can join constant content here http://www.constant-content.com/?aref=36346 articles that are approved can be sold with useage rights , that will enable you to get paid for than once for the time spent writing that article. There is also an option to ghostwrite upon request for certain topics, and to exclusively sell all rights to articles.

I'm sorry, I wish I could help you with a list of sites, but I don't have those site ideas for now. I just know Constant Content, where when they approve your writing, you can put it up for sale to clients and set a price.. something like that. But articles being checked might get rejected a lot of times, which might discourage some writers. But if you have it in you, why not give it a try..I don't know much, so you can go to the site to read their FAQ..
