A belief usually starts from somewhere. I believe that there are other life forms which can be seen and heard based on what is recorded in the Quran. I have forgotten which verse it was, but I remember the gist of the translation. In the verse God clearly states that He created mankind on earth, and other creatures (dabbah)in the heavens. He also challenged mankind to go into the heavens if they think they can do it.
It is not clear what these creatures look like. We can only speculate on their forms and intelligence.

Surah 21 verse 19.
One translation:
To Him belong all (creatures) in the heavens and on earth: Even those who are in His (very) Presence are not too proud to serve Him, nor are they (ever) weary (of His service):
As I understand it there are other translations. Certain people purposely mistranslate the verse to prove that Islam is incompatible with science.

Hi shahbazkharadi, I think that most people today believe that there is life on other planets. It's very difficult to imagine that among the untold millions of planets, this little speck of dust would be the only place with life.I think too, that it's very likely that some of them have visited here, after all there has to be some who are far more advanced than us. We are still fighting each other and haven't yet learned to share which doesn't put us very high on the evolutionary scale. Blessings.

I must admit. I do believe that there's life in other planets. But this doesn't disregard the fact that I believe that there is still an even more higher being than those aliens. In short, I still have my faith in God.
There are alot of stories coming out nowadays about aliens--ufos--et's... etc. I am really fascinated with these things. I have a fondness for the unknown. =P

well, there maybe a lot of signs already that other people are pointing out to the public already and pictures as well that shows that aliens exist just like in ghost but for me its still hard to believe it unless u have seen it in your own eyes so i would rather stay neutral with this discussion. ;p
If you will look at it this way then yes it would be believable. For example, We, humans live in earth and our planet earth is in a solar system which is in milky way and all of these are in one galaxy. but in reality there is more than galaxy out there and there are possibilities that on the other galaxies there are milky ways, solar system and planets as well and on of those planet may have other organisms living in it as well just like us humans who are living organisms in planet earth and those other organism in other planets and galaxies are aliens since they live in a different planet and galaxy.
