Sleeping a lot

My life's turning into something else. I dont get to do my tasks on time. I cant do my homeworks. My attention span became shorter.
This is all because I am sleepy. ALWAYS.
can somebody help me on this?
BTW, I am recently heartbroken and overweight. and I think I'm getting bigger and bigger because of this problem.
I need your opinion on this. Please help...

1: Find && fix
I'm no physchiatrist, but I do know that you need to find out broke your heart and CONFRONT it, whether it was a boyfriend or a bestfriend - and talk to someone about it. I believe my people call that a "heavy heart" when you're carrying something that you just need to drop, it doesn't have to be 'dropped' on someone certified it can be a friend or a neighbor.
2: Get up and GO!
I'm also no physician but from experience, keeping activities going so that you trick your body into thinking that you have no time to sleep, (I'm the same way) will help you stay awake long enough to do what you have to do and get to bed at a reasonable time.
3: Limit
I'm no dietian but, limiting what you eat - before you sleep and after you wake up, and monitoring what times you sleep when you eat, can help find out where you should start your search on weight lost.

I have really same problem with you , 100% same but the cause is upside down I can,t sleep almost everyday , yes I ruin my study and everything , i can,t eat commonly only bread and instant noodles

Hi Debbie! i also experienced cases like that but not all the time. That is probably due to your encountering problems that causes you to be sleepy. I suggest you to go out and join any health activities like go to the gym or dancing lessons, or probably involve in church activities wherein you can divert you attention being a heartbroken and keeping you unfocus of foods.
