Most important thing you must do in order to keep your weight in a normal level. And that is, stick to a healthy diet. The following details should help you:
Do not overindulge in eating any one type of food. Keep your diet balanced.
Keep the intake of sugars and fats to a minimum. The fats to be avoided are the saturated fats and the trans fatty acids.
Too much carbohydrates build weight. Hence the intake of Rice and potatoes must be reduced.
Never eat to full capacity.
Exercise is extremely important. It is necessary to indulge in mild physical activity after each meal even if you cannot make time to go to a gym.
These are some facts that i have searched online for weight loss and to keep it under control ..hoping it wud help you guys..

Thanks for the tips. I really have weight management problem this time. It's really heart-breaking when I met old friends and fellow saying I am a pig!

Dont worry friend just maintain ur diet and do some exercise daily for 20-25 mins, u will be fine...have a healthy life..

Thanks for the tips. I needed it. Argh! I've gained ten pounds in a week of heavy eating. Is it ok then if I have to exercise after a meal? How much time do I have to rest before exercising after a meal?
