Correct timing of water intake will maximize its effectiveness to the human body!
* 1 glass of water 30mins before meals helps digestion.
* 1 glass upon waking up helps activate internal organs.
* 1 glass before sleep to avoid stroke or heart attack.
* 1 glass after taking a bath helps lower blood pressure.

This is absolutely amazing! Thanks for sharing these facts with us! I need to practice the other three times I should be drinking water, but the time before bed I'm very good at because my toothpaste always makes me thirsty - LOL. I need to put these facts into practice. Thanks again!

hi there qtloquero, I read also about the effectiveness of water and its proper intake. There are more than 10 tips in the article I read. As I remember it is not advisable also to eat your meal while drinking water, as you said 30minutes before every meal. but I cannot stand eating without drinking water, I think I have a small throat lol.. I have read also its not good to eat fruits after meal..
