Are you aware of your oral health? Do you have cavities that needs to be restored? How many times do you visit a dentist? how was it? because some people are scared of them...thinking like they're like monsters. Uhm..maybe got a phobia? I'm a Dentist by the way and I want to know your opinions regarding your experience in visiting the dentist.

i go to dentist for cleaning once a year though he already advise me to always floss my teeth to make it more clean as toothbrush is not enough to clean the teeth specially those in between teeth. i like it more if my teeth is clean as i feel that i have a brand new teeth even if my teeth is not white.

Hi, becdmd. I have visited the dentist in January of this year. My visit went fine. The last visit that I had was fine too. I did not have any cavities. The dentist told me that I had pretty teeth. She said that I have been doing a great job of taking care of my teeth too. I have been working hard on taking care of my teeth at home. I have had not had any fillings for many years now. And, no cavities either. I do need to get some braces though, especially for my two front teeth. I have had braces many years ago... But, the process was about three years and it did not work out for me. My gums never bleed either. They are pink and clear.. I am trying my best to go the dentist every six months, and I have been so far doing so.

I visit my dentist at least once a year. I remember when I was young, I was really afraid of going to the dentist because I had a few painful experiences of tooth extraction. But as I grow older, I no longer have the phobia, though I have not had any tooth extraction for a long time.

Have you ever heard of Ozon - dental care? In my country there is only one practitioner, in England maybe also, and the only reason I can think of why dentists would be afraid to implement it, is that it is rather a straining repetitive job for the dentist (or assistent) themselves, as a sitting may take from 1 till 2 hours. What it does is that it sends ozone deep into the teeth and roots, preventing any cavities, ever, strengthening the teeth. I have been using it for years. It costs a fortune though. But it is PAINLESS!!!
