How can we be sure that we really love someone?

We know from experience that it is difficult to be sure. We do not always see clearly.It is not easy, in every case, to be sure of myself or my feelings and to have to depend on tangible proofs or signs! Sometimes I'm so confused,don't know if I really love that person or not... Can you give me some advices on this?

I have been to that kind of experience, I even tried to meditate just to clear my mind from those confusions and from their I was able to concentrate on every little aspects of my feelings... it works for me, why not try it. Find your own peaceful place and reflect on it... :)

For me I'll always rely on my feelings. If I feel that I love someone for sure I am happy. And every thing for me is light and I am inspired. As simple as that. You can feel it. And try to analyze your feelings.
