What paracetemol you trusted most?

there are a lot of paracetamol in town, but only few of them are effective right? what im talking about is the paracetamol that we can just buy in store without the prescribed of the doctor. i dont wanna mention the brands, but men, those paracetamol are no good for me. is it because im already in high dosage? waaaa!!! thats terrible if thats my case.
what about you? what paracetamol you trusted most?

it's biogesic that i trusted the most. it works for me and my kids. so i always bring along with me biogesic.

Is there any difference between them all?? hehe ^_^ All i know is that, i will usuall take whatever is availabble in my home.. And depending on what i'm taking for.. lol =D
For colds and flus, i will opt for lemsip, as they work really well for me.. And when it comes to normal fevers, headaches, nothing workds for me, except for my runs.. lol =D

for minor headache, i take biogesic. this is the most common and mostly available even in the stores in the neighborhood because this is the cheapest. there are some paracetamol that made the formulation more by adding others like ibuprofen or something, so they are intended not only for headaches but also for fever and flu and colds and also muscle pains.
