who's been scammed on the internet???

i bought an item recently and it was insured but never received. i wated for it 2 months and contacted the seller several times but he never replied. the seller has even removed the listing of the product from ebay so that i can not leave any negative feedback

I purchased some china cups and saucers from ebay last year in December sometime I think.The seller was really over charging me on air mail postage,so I chose the cheaper surface mail option.2 and 1/5 months or so later....I still have not received it.Lost in the mail or did I get scammed? I'm kinda hoping lost in the mail,since there's a chance (granted a very small one,but still...)I might still receive it sometime. Please,please be just lost in the mail...

No, I have never been scammed at Ebay. However, sometimes you have to be careful with Amazon's sellers. Once I bought a textbook there, but got it only after I contacted the Amazon customer service. It was a nasty situation. I emailed the seller, but for a week got no response. And then I talked to Amazon and they forced the seller to give my money back. For this reason the seller later sent me an abusive email. However, when I checked her ratings and comments I noticed people were asking everyone to stay away from her.
