What is your opinion about the women empowerment ?

Hi...All women and gals here in mylot. Wish you all a happy International Women's day !!!! . This is the centenary celebration year of the International women's day . It adds more importance to the celebration. Indian woman have more to celebrate this year. Here in India major key postions are decorated with women. The President of India, The ruling Alliance UPA Chairperson, the Loksabha speaker and the Opposition leader all are women. On 8th March the Government of India is going to bring a legislation for 33.3% reservation for women in the Lok Sabha and the State Legislatures (Law making bodies). Thus the decision of the women will be important in the future legislation and the future of India. No other country can claim this tall achievements of India in the area of Women empowerment in adminstration and Legislation. What is your opinion about the women empowerment. Do you favour this reservation for women ?

Women are one of the greatest assets in a society and are equal to men in all aspects.Women are morever perfectionists in all spheres. All they need in today's world is a bit of enpowernment. I do favour the reservation and believe that once we have a 33% women in the parliament there would be drastic change as women are less corrupt and more hardworking. I fully agree with you that no other country can claim the tall achievements of India.
