modern hip hop music is full of s----t, doesn't make sense really to me. its a talk of money, crime, drug. modern music doesn't help the society but instead destroys societal values among the young. don't you think we need to go back to the days?

Though I love music even without minding the words, some songs today really don't make sense anymore. Some music today are so loud and very...well, modern I always love old school music and suddenly hearing one of radio today would make me feel ecstatic. I find the tune very nice and kids today sure missed a lot with yesterday's music. If only I could go back in time and live in the music of the 70's and 80's...

I preferred to listen old music than hip hop. You're right, hip hop music doesn't make sense, no feelings. Noise is only what you get. Yes we need to go back to the old days where music are substancial.

Modern day rap music is just kind of ignorant noise. Soulja boy and rappers like him virtually say the same lines over and over again. There's plenty of rappers that just say hooks over and over again over some crappy beats and they are some of the most popular artists today. I feel like some of the more popular artists now a day don't really work that hard on their songs or they just don't feel it as much as artists back in the day.
