Excellent Customer Servise of Pizza Hut Kapasigan in Pasig - Philippines

Last Sunday, Feb 28, after taking a mass in Immaculate Concepcion in Pasig, I visit Pizza Hut nearby the church and took my early dinner. I was surprise by there customer servicing. It's like dinning in a five star hotel for a $2 meal... They really treated me like a king. From the security guard greeted me upon entering the restaurant and all the staff are very friendly. After I took a chair, a waitress approaches me and greeted me saying "welcome back, sir! Thank you for seeing us again!" It made me smile when she have notice me since my last visit was six months ago. They carefully explain their menu and some regular customer service spiels before taking my order. That time I just ordered their value meal and have my bottomless iced tea. The value meal goes with a mushroom soup, iced tea and baked macaroni. The waiting time will be 15mins before everything will be served. They serve first my drink and a complementary bread. After 10mins they serve the soup. One thing I want them is that, when my baked macaroni was late, they served another soup for free because I waited more than 15mins as they promise. They apologize but I said it's fine. While I'm eating, they come more often and refill my drink, gave me some water, and asking if I still need anything. The very reason why I'm sharing this experience is because they made me very satisfied with my meal for USD2. They made me full and had a great time during my early dinner in a very humble restaurant they have. Hope all branches of Pizza Hut is like this Kapasigan branch... How about you?! Can you ring a bell on their door way before leaving?!
