union bank enrollment problem please help

I used to enroll my eon debit card to www.unionbankph.com. I enrolled successfully and ordered that i can log in within 48 hours. The problem is, still the website rejects my log in, 48 hours have past since i enrolled, what should i do? please help my lotters from the Philippines.

You're not alone in that situation. I've experienced some difficulties, one of which was the one you mentioned. Mine was not eon but is also a unionbank atm account. After two days of not receiving any response, what I did was to contact the support team thru email. Afterwards they replied asking for some verifications which I immediately responded. After a few days, I was able to log in. It's been two weeks since you last posted this. So hopefully, by now, all is well.
