When i wake up ,The outside was white,it 's beautiful,but it is cold. Now it is spring,but the temperature is below zero.It is abnormal.

It's not abnormal. It's normal. By the way i like snow weather but i hate much cold.

I agree. Even though the temperature is supposed to increase, it is still cold outside. It's very odd indeed.
