hi! $10 doesn't really means much to me, because I earn them for a few weeks here. well, it is true that I don't work for them, don't pay any taxes, but for the time spend here it is really not much. well, with $10 I can't really buy many stuffs in my country- maybe the more of them will be things to eat or maybe some shirt, but nothing more :(

I wonder how long it is going to take to reach that one dollar mark. I am probably have to put all of my money onto bills and such. How long did it take you to reach the one dollar mark?

Well you are certainly not going to get rich doing it at least it is fun to do. I also do chacha. I think that I am going to be spending more time doing my chacha account than I had been. I was going to try one called webmasters it is suppose to be high paying I just have not been able to register.

Mylot dollar 10.00 is precious for me, as I buy memorable things for my kids out of Mylot earnings, but $10.00 other than mylot earnings is one time decent dinner for me.

Hi gi2h_san.! $10 for me is just a little more money at this time to help pay a bill. All I can get these days is totally precious to me. I will get straightened out in the next couple months, but it's tough til it happens!

Today, 10 dollars is nothing. You can do very very little with 10 dollars. Like I have said so many times, I do not come to MyLot for the money. I come here because I love the concept and have got some good advice as well as made some new friends. I don't even think about the money because its not going to make any change in my life what so ever, even 100 dollars today is nothing. It would pay a small bill or buy some groceries but not even enough for a week. The economy in this country is in deep deep trouble and I'm feeling the effects of it daily.

I love this site as well. It is not something that you do for money, you do it because you really start getting to know other people here. I follow certain peoples posts. Getting money for doing what I normally do for free is very nice. The way I see it is if I was not here I would just be posting to sites that do not pay you to do it at all. At this way you can justify spending hours on the computer talking to the coolest people in the world. myLot rules!

There is another topic about $1 which I mentioned can't do much for me other than getting something inexpensive but for $10, it's quite significant already.
I can buy a 1/2 dozen of bottled drinks, or get an upsize meal from fast food outlets, or pampered myself to go hair salon for a hair cut.
It's really significant to me because it's something that I have earned from my contribution.

Hi! that's very true, $10 can buy something that can fill the stomach. But definitely, I am not looking down upon any amount lower than $10 because $10 is a sum of accumulated small figures and thus, be it $10, $1 or even $0.01, I would definitely find it rewarding because we earn it from contribution of our time.

$10 may not sound like an awful lot, but I usually put what I earn from mylot and other sites into a savings account and over time that $10 really starts to pay off as long as I let it sit there and add up. Right now we're starting to save for when we get older and whatever might come to be. In case we ever need money for anything or, heaven forbid, something happen and we can't afford it, we'll have a little reserve to cover it.
When we have our first child, too, part of what I earn from online will start going into their college fund because we want to be able to give them a good education and let them go to the college of their choice.

Ten dollars to me means ten dollars that I would not have had otherwise. I am sure there are a few things that I think I can buy with this money. I can go get a nice lunch at McDonalds for example. Get a couple of orders of fries perhaps, something to drink, and maybe a sandwich or two. That seems to be a good idea of one thing that I do.
Or I could do the smart thing and invest the money. Put the money in the old bank account for later use. That ten dollars, while not seeming like very much, can come in handy later on in the future. For instance, there could be a time where an emergency hits and I need that extra ten dollars. Imagine if I was ten dollars short on something? Now I have that money with me. So that is another way it can be used.
Still regardless, it is ten more dollars I would have had otherwise. A culmination of a month's worth of hard work, while having fun doing it. Granted, to many ten dollars does not seem like much, but receiving ten dollars month after month will add up over time. The money will continue to grow. It is just one small part of a future for me. That is what ten dollars means to me.
