Hi mishyzii, There is no more better way of releaving stress than sleeping. I feel relax when I sleep alot and comfortably. I also take vitamins that contains vitamins and minerals that eliminates stress. Drinking a sterilized milk would also be great because it helps us to refresh our ,mind and body. :)

I know that a real good way is to go for a nice nature walk. Go sit on a bench, and watch the birds and squirrels, or go to a walking court, and watch everyone walk by. I enjoy watching people as well as nature.
