spirituality means diffrently for every person, for me spirituality means knowing urself, what you are, why are you here etc, for some spirituality connects him with god....but for some, it connects one with himself.

Hi Lata, Spirituality is different from religion in that religion expects us to perform certain rituals and to have particular beliefs. Being spiritual is being connected to the source of all that is. You can be spiritual without belonging to any religion or you can be a member of any religion and still be spiritual. It has to do with action rather than worship and one that is spiritual seeks the best for all people and indeed all living things. One can follow any of the great masters by belonging to the particular religion that follows their teachings but to become like them we have to be spiritual and connected with the divinity that is within each of us. Blessings.

Spirituality is my direct connection to my creator. With this direct connection I am guided through my life day by day in order to be a better person, benefit the world around me, and bring hope, light, and love to those I come in contact with.
Spirituality is separate from religion. Religions are based on man made tenets and beliefs and many times require the members to adhere to these tenets and beliefs. Spirituality, being your connection to God, allows you to draw your beliefs directly from "the source."
