Do you like your boss? / myLot

I always heard more bad than good about bosses. Is boss is always such a person to be disliked , because he is the one trying to show his/her presence . what do you think about your BOSS?

I am so thankful to God that I have a mild-mannered, kind boss. Unlike other heads in the company I worked with, my direct boss is so God-fearing, generous and very understanding so I don't have any pressure in my work place. I have a very relax and calm mind, very peaceful and at ease.

hi jlamela You are really lucky enough to get a boss like that. generally boss 's are always there to show their presence.people get frustated with their working environment and hence lose all of the concentration..

Yes ! I do, most of my bosses have been a very good guide and help in learning they have been kind and nice .Good bosses are boon. I had been lucky to have good bosses .

really , good bosses are a boon. it is really a nice environment when your boss is co operative. but what if someone's boss is just opposite?

i actually do like my boss. he is younger than i am but he is really kind and thoughtful about things and peoples feelings and is also willing to do the same work as you do sometimes.

I have a lot of bosses, 'cause I'm a freelancer. So, it changes from people to people. My last boss, that wasn't by freelance was a good guy and funny. But sometimes he was so crazy... Wanted to know everything about my works and kind of delayed me. That made me mad.
