Practicable is the most important. From my experience, one practicable goal is more useful than hundreds of pipe dream. You can set two kinds of goal, long-term and short-term goals. Write them down and achieve them one by one, later, you can find you have done so many goal! Good luck!

I learned there steps about setting a goal:
S- Specific. The goal has to be specific for you to be able to know on what you're focusing in and in what you want to achieve. It could be short term or long term goal.
M- Measureable. If a goal is measurable then you will be able to know and identify the progress that you are having in order to achieve it.
A- Achievable. A goal has something to be easy for you to achieve. Something that will not give you a doubt of achieving.
R- Realistic. It has to be real if you goal for something. It has something that you can see for yourself the result for it.
T- Timebound. It means that when you goal for something, there has to be a time when you limit yourself in achieving it. It you goal for something, set a time for you to be able to achieve it.
These are the things that I learned. I hope it will help you. I dont know if you know this already. Just remember a goal has to be SMART!
