I being a science student do know that if you have a calm nature it really helps one to achieve success but have never tried meditating out. I heard from people that it really reinforces a new energy into you and makes you feel all relaxed. But where does the reality lies. Is it mediation that leads a being or is it the Determination a being generates that flows within him.... what opinion does MyLotters have... It will really throw a light on the topic

Yes Leo, I may throw some light on this topic! The process of meditation is to calm down as well as control human mind for a better focusing or concentration upon our target of activities. By regular meditation, we learn how to concentrate our minds for achievement of our anticipated goals by determination along with persistent effort, which makes our goals achievable not by the energy of muscle or mind, but by the real energy of our spirit! This energy of spirit combines our physical, mental, emotional, psychological and moral level of well-being! In other words, we may say this process of meditation is the key to develop spiritual determination!!
Thanks for this nice topic and have meditation regularly!!

I used to meditate on a regular basis a few years ago and it did me a lot of good. My husband and I were talking about getting back into meditation again. A friend of mine is quite an expert and she has gotten through some very difficult times by calming the mind and body with meditation. I intend to do it again every day; it can be life changing although it does take some practice. There are several meditation groups out there that can teach the novice basic techniques. I think that what is needed is a combination of thought power through the art of meditation and the determination to have your desires come to pass. By meditating one can obtain the guidance and motivation to act.
