What u do when someone in mylotters didn't add your friend request?

Some people have decided to keep their friend list to people with common interests, common beliefs, etc. Others have opened their friend list to everyone. Either way is ok with me. I wouldn't take it personal; each to his/her own.

So far, lucky as I am, my friend requests have not been rejected by any myLot members. Well, if one day I got rejected, I will just leave it as that. No big deal, really. Anyway, don't take it to heart. Maybe the person that you are trying to befriend hasn't get to read his pending friend requests yet.

I just don't care about that. There are lots of mylottes and each person have their own perspectives when it comes to adding friends. I remember readign a discussion on adding friends. Some of the mylotters said that they only add people if they would have responded to atleast one of their discussions. So, it is their own choice and there is nothing to worry if somebody won't add you.

It does happened a few times, when i make a few friend's request but was not accepted by them. Although at first i do felt sad when they didn't approve my request, but there's nothing i can do. So, i just ignore them and continue with my posting in Mylot. By the way, i am active in Mylot is because i like to read Mylot discussions and responding to them, to improved my English as well. Earning in Mylot is an added bonus to me, which is good, as it might helped out as an extra income for me.

i dont mind it, if they dont accept my request then fine with me maybe they dont want one additional to their list. people have the right to choose so i will not question them as im not here counting for how many friends i have in my list but im here to earn and to practice my english, friends are just a bonus.

Hi siliguri,Well.it was happened to me few months ago.I also send friend request and I,ve found out that she did not approved my friend request.At first I'm so shy and feel sad but I realized that maybe she dont like me as a friend.Now I dont send any friend request anymore but I always approved every friend request that i've recieve.Have a nice day.

Okay when someone requests me as a friend.. First off did this person read and comment on my discussions? If not and they just picked me out of the blue, than to be honest, no I will not add them as my friend. I mean really.. Would you want someone to request you as a friend if they did not read your discussions? I myself deny many peoples requests because they don't even know me, and never responded to any of my discussions. Though I don't know the circumstances of the request to this person you are talking about. This is just how I feel.

I also added a friend on mylot, she's a friend in real life, and was invited to join by another friend. I sent her a request and it wasn't accepted for months, so I just deleted it. I don't really mind though because I know she didn't accept, because she hadn't been on mylot for a very very long time. There was this other one that I added and did't accept, so I just deleted it as well. Actually, I don't usually add people nowadays. It's usually people adding me, and that's not very often LOL

I guess you don't have to get bothered for that... There very many users in mylot who might be wants to add your friend request... Just get a break and forget them who's not buy your attentions... Cheers up...

I think.. this is some disappointing situation..when somebody reject your friend request in mylot.. so.. normally person.. feel some disappointed.. but i think.. but ever you think why other people reject your friend request.. because of your profile problem.. or your profile were not more attracted.. so here are many reasons of your friend request rejection... have a nice day and keep mylotting always..

Sorry to hear about that. Do you know this person personally or did you just meet him here in mylot? There had been a lot of friend request from other people here in mylot and I always add them. Friends are actually a good way to be able to respond to a good discussion. I have one friend here and we work in the same place and we are also close to each other and she has been an avid fan of discussions and so was I to hers. If I would have to add somebody and he wouldnt add me up then that is fine by me. Its no big deal because you can always look some people you can as your friend here in mylot. There are over 200,000 people here, I think with that many people someone has too accept your request.

In this matter we just can send the friend request. After that we have nothing to do. Approve or deny is depend on them whom we sent the request. So I never send any friend request only accept if any request comes to me.

It happens. They may have their reason and do not wish to be open, better respect them

I don't think it really matters too much. Some people don't always automatically add friends, so it's not an issue. Ok so they haven't responded, well don't worry about it, it's their choice.

During my early days in mylot, I have gone through the same. Some people don't want to befriend with me and just keep my request pending. I don't know for what reasons they refused to approve but I respect their choice and do not want to pursue either. I am here to be everyone's friend and will not hesitate to approve anyone who request.

It's definitely a real bummer to have friend request keep on being denied. It has happened to me at least twice, if I can remember correctly. Some time ago.. I sometimes do answer to their discussions so it's quite queer that my friendship requests are denied. But anyway, they must have their own special reasons and I respect that no matter what. Because of this, I've rarely requested for any friend request to anyone since, unless I get along really well with the other person. And I just respond to friend's request along the way, that's more awesome than me having to invite. Good topic here.

I never send friend requests but if I did I wouldn't mind if it wasn't accepted.

It has not happened to me so far, but if that would happen I wouldn't care too much about it, it will probably mean that we don't have anything to share, so there is no need to be friends. Maybe the reason why he or she didn't accept is because she /he has not seen it, we can never know, but whatever if that person wants you as her/his friend will send you a friendship request otherwise no problem there are thousands of Mylotter that will be glad to be your friend. I always accept everyone.

I don't want to be a jerk but I think you need to work on your English. Anyways don't worry about him not accepting your add there's nothing you can do about it. I also suggest you stop sending friend request because if he didn't accept after 4 times he's probably not going to accept.
