Do you have a grace balance between your work and family?

We often hear complains from our family that some guy spend too much time on jobs and little on caring wife and children. They always attribute these complains to heavy workload. The same situation applies to me. Having considered this issue carefully, I find it probably not a workload issue but a personal issue, a issue of finding out a way of balancing work and family. Maybe improving the working efficicency is a good idea, but if there is indeed endless jobs everyday, changing a job is a better choice. We have the presure of making money, but we shall always remember money is just a part of our life, what's more important is our family, friends, lovers and so on. Have you strike a good balance between work and family or what do you think of this issue today?

i dont have family yet so i dont know if i can balance both since if i work im sure im always tired and i guess working mother out there still going to take care of their children and husband even when they got home. she even do the cooking and cleaning sometimes even laundry if they dont have maid at home. i guess being a working mother is the most risky and hard part of life.
