What do you think when you hear the sound of laughter?

I love hearing the sound of laughter. It feels good to know that a lot people are happy about something. For me, there are different kinds of laughter from different kinds of emotions. What do you think when you hear people laugh and in how they laugh? Do you sometimes think that the way they laugh is a reflection of the kind of person that they are? What are the things that makes you laugh?

I love hearing someone laughing too!! also, i like to make people laugh!! i can laugh at anything, that will make us look nice~~haha~so i love laughing!!!xDDD

That's better! Make people laugh, only a few people have the talent to do that. I have one friend who was always good to make everyone laugh. He always jokes around but most of the time his jokes are not funny but his face is that's why we always laugh. He knows the fact but he doesnt mind because he is making us all happy. We also love that friend of ours because he was always ready to help. When I was sick a few years ago, he went to the hospital and visited me with the other friends because he said, laughter is the best medicine and that was his purpose of going there, to make me laugh so I would feel better. He had some restrictions in going with us anyway because his girlfriend was jealous of me. 
But they are marries now so everything's back to normal.

I believe in that too. I think all of us love being happy. If only we can be happy all the time. If I can buy happiness then I would buy myself tons. However, we need to experience sorrow too for without it, we will not know what happiness is. There has to be an opposition in everything. We need to know what things will make us happy and the things that will makes us feel bad so we will always work for the things that will makes us happy all the way.

I think there is an element of our personality in everything we do, not just our laugther, everything sum up together, the way we laugh and what makes us laugh is a function of who we are inside

Yeah! Laughter is such a good way to express ourselves. There are a lot of emotions inside us and sometimes when we are sad, laughing about something takes the sadness away and you dont really have to worry about anything. I wish we could just laugh all the time. But not the way crazy people do because that will also be crazy. Whatever the reason that we are laughing about, or whatever the reason why you are laughing, I hope it will always make us feel happy.

Well, whenever I hear someone laugh really really cute, it becomes so infectious, it makes me happy too. When I hear kids laugh, it infects me.

actually not all laughter are purely happiness, some are fake as they tend to hide their true emotion or sadness inside. though laughter is best remedy for sadness. its so nice to hear laughter and i miss to laugh already though right now i really cant due to so many problems though i tried to take them off one by one and so hope someday i can laugh purely.

I agree with you but sometimes I think it would be very difficult to fake a laughter. Its also a good way to hide you true emotions but I also believe that we should be honest with our emotions. I wish you would find a way for you to be able laugh. Sorry to hear that you have so many problems now that you dont have any reason to laugh. I also hope that you will be able to laugh yourself a good laugh and forget about all your worries and think about yourself for a while.
