Have you ever heard of this medical term? There are stories of people who are fit and healthy who goes to bed and heard to cry out in their sleep then the next morning was found dead. It was also reported that doctors can't found any causes of these mysterious deaths. What could be the reason behind this deaths? Does the food intake has something to do with this? What do you think guys?

its also called sleep paralysis as people cant move even if their mind is already awake as they want to shout but cant voice out and so we can only hear the moaning. it happens if the people eat a lot during that night and then they will easy go to sleep and it will cause of swelling of pancreas. most of the victim of this are those who are drunk that eat a lot then just suddenly sleep or consume to much salt with their foods and those with heart problem. this is very dangerous s if you hear someone yo must wake him up coz if he might die. we already have a lot of cases here in my country and most of them are those who drunk the night before they sleep.

I experienced that one before because I use to eat heavy during night time then right away I go to sleep. I really felt that I'm awake because I can see my surrounding but I couldn't move and speak nor shout. It was a horrible experience and since then I eat lightly before bed.

i have also heard of this, they say that if you eat so much before you sleep this things happen, some say because it triggers the malfunction of the pancreas. but i am not so sure about this.

I think so too that eating too much before sleeping contributed to this mysterious deaths because it is advised to have only light dinner.
